To securely upload content to our servers, you must have an FTP client. If you do not already have one, we recommend Filezilla.
Once you have an FTP client installed, create a new connection using these settings…

Port: 990
Server type or Protocol: FTP over implicit TLS/SSL.
Be sure to use the username and password provided by our staff.
If for some reason the connection is not made, the most likely cause is the server type or protocol listed above. These settings can be labeled differently depending on the software. Try another setting until a connection is successfully made.
